CAQ Implementation at VIVA

100% customer focus and compliance with their qualitative demands naturally requires perfect production and skilled team of people in QM. On the other hand sophisticated tool with above standard integration of all QM areas could bring significant savings in production costs. Since 2007 VIVA has been looking for appropriate solution fitting and fulfilling these high-ranking requirements.

On 1-JAN-2007 VIVA together with amotIQ went live with ERP application abas Business Software and in the following period has extended its functionality into tooling operations and integrated with PDC (BDE) system. After very successfull cooperation within an extensive ERP implementation of abas Business Software and mainly by fulfilling strategic objectives of the implementation VIVA has decided to extend the current cooperation with amotIQ on CAQ implementation and chosen RQM application from Pickert & Partner – leading CAQ solution in mechanical engineering and automotive industry. From this project VIVA expects rework and scrap reduction and customer satisfaction increase and appreciation. And naturally full integration with abas ERP is a must. Experienced team of professionals from both amotIQ and Pickert & Partner and also from VIVA give hard assurance that also this project will lead to achievement of targets VIVA has settled.
