SOLF implementation

amotIQ sro introduces the SOLF implementation methodology (Strategic framework, Business Model, Logistics model, Financial model) into the process of an ERP system implementation . The methodology’s objective is to bring the company’s strategic intentions together with  ERP system implementation initiatives.


The methodology relies on amotIQ‘s experience gained in international  implementations and on the international R&D in this area. As research shows more than 50% of the ERP projects miss their target or do not support the top management’s objectives.


One of the indicators of a successful implementation is that the customer and the supplier  define in the beginning of project specific and exact implementation objectives. Experience shows that the customer often expects that either the ERP system or the implementation partner fulfils its strategic aims.  It has worjed somewhere lese so it should work here. This means that the customer usually turns from solving questions on strategy to questions of  technology and implementation and training.
